House rules

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed on the balcony with closed balcony door.
A fine of €100 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

?We’re happy to provide a baby crib and high chair at no extra charge — just let us know at least one day in advance.

For up to 4 guests, two king size beds are prepared by default.
If there are 6 guests, the mattress under roof will also be prepared automatically.
If there are 8 guests, the mattress under roof and sofa bed will also be prepared automatically.

If you haver fewer people and you would like sleep separately - please inform us in advance how many beds you want to have prepared

Alles super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Direkt am Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhige Unterkunft. Dank Klimaanlage immer angenehm. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiter. Vielen Dank noch mal ans Team.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. We arrived by train and the apartment was very close by to the station. It was also only 15 minutes from the Old Town. Nice and spacious, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a wine after a busy day sightseeing. The hosts were quick at responding and flexible. Look forward to coming back.

Die Unterkunft verdient 5 Sterne. Mit einem Aufzug kamen wir bis in den 5. Stock, danach mussten wir nur noch eine halbe Treppe aufwärts gehen. Im unteren Bereich der zweigeschossigen Wohnung befinden sich der Flur, 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer und ein Raum mit einer Waschmaschine. Es ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden, im Flur sogar unter der Treppe, die nach oben führt. Im oberen Bereich der Wohnung befinden sich die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein weiteres WC, eine große Dach-Terrasse und das Wohnzimmer. Ein weiteres Bett im oberen Bereich kann bei entsprechender Buchung für weitere Personen genutzt werden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung besonders für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Die Eltern haben ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Bad, die Kinder schlafen oben im dritten Bett oder/und auf dem Sofa. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist hoch- und neuwertig. Alle Bereiche können mit Klimaanlagen temperiert werden. Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
