Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed outside.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

Это очень классные апартаменты, в самом удобном районе Праги! В апартаментах Было все необходимое, вокруг много кафе и магазин Lidl ! Хозяин был очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный, нам дали много информации для комфортного пребывания, так же была предложена парковка недалеко от апартаментов !Спасибо большое

Great place. Lift location was a bit weird. Because you have to use stairs again. Oven not available in the appartments.

We had a fantastic stay! super close to the main train station and the city pulse but still very calm, we didn't hear nois at all! The apartment was easy to find thanks to great instructions and the place was super clean, fresh and beautiful. Will definitely choose this place again if we stay overnight in Prague in the future!
