Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.
You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed outside.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.
Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.
Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.
This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

The apartment is fully private and designed for your comfort.
?We’re happy to provide a baby crib and high chair at no extra charge — just let us know at least one day in advance.
?️ For up to 4 guests, two beds are prepared by default.
If there are 5-6 guests, the sofa bed will also be prepared automatically.
If your group has 4 or fewer people and you would like separate sleeping arrangements, please let us know in advance so we can provide linen for the sofa as well.

August 2026Mooi, modern appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Iets kleiner dan verwacht, maar dat was niet storend. Ligt op een goede locatie, dichtbij treinstation, tram- en bushalte, en supermarkt, waardoor het centrum van Praag goed bereikbaar is. Fijne communicatie met Sasha en collega's, duidelijke instructies en tips over Praag.

August 2026Een goede plek als uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de stad. Met vier volwassenen was het een prima plek, met zes volwassenen is het misschien een beetje krap. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en de supermarkt is dichtbij. De wifi is bij vier streamende volwassenen niet helemaal betrouwbaar, maar waarom zou je streamen als je Praag in kan.

July 2026Prettig appartement! Mooi, ruim en opgeruimd. Veel info over wat er te doen was in de buurt, van restaurants, ontbijt tot musea. Daarnaast centraal bij tram, trein en metro.

July 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sasha, le logement était très agréable, les doubles fenêtres isolait bien du bruit malgré la rue passante et n'étant pas véhiculé nous avons facilement pu tout faire en transports. Ce logement était vraiment parfait pour nous famille de 4 en vacances pendant quelques jours a Prague ?
