PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed on the balcony with closed balcony door.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

V apartmáne sa mi veľmi páčilo. Bol krásny, čistý, priestranný a veľmi príjemný. Veľkým plusom bol aj balkón, kde sa dalo príjemne posedieť. Oceňujem tiež tiché prostredie a skvelú lokalitu, vďaka ktorej bolo všetko dobre dostupné. Pobyt som si naozaj užila a určite by som sa sem rada vrátila znova.

Przez cały pobyt od początku zameldowania (a nawet przed) do samego końca był świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Instrukcje dokładne, a wręcz wydrukowane i zostawione na stole. Tyczyły się dosłownie wszystkiego, więc nie było potrzeby dopytywać. Lokalizacja również niesamowita, ponieważ na samej granicy z Praga 1, bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego i innych środków komunikacji. Ponadto zaraz koło parku, marketow, starego miasta i mosty na drugą stronę rzeki. Lokal sam nie zachwycał luksusem, ale poziom czystości rekompensował wiele. Jedyna niedogodność jaką spotkamy, to okna i balkon otwierane na wewnętrzną stronę osiedla, co skutkuje prawie cały czas zasłoniętymi roletami, aby utrzymać prywatność. Można też ewentualnie pomyśleć nad klimatyzacja, która w cieplejsze dni by się przydała. Ogólnie bardzo polecam, przy następnym wyjeździe do Pragi, na pewno rozważę tutaj powrót ??

Très bon séjour, le logement tout équipé était propre et en bon état. Proche du centre, toutes les visites sont facilement accessibles par bus ou à pied.
