The neighbourhood

Central and Beautiful location, near to the Vltava riverbank:
"Naplavka" or "Rasinovo nabrezi" embankment is currently the most attractive and liveliest society venue on the banks of the river in downtown Prague, "Naplavka" offers a whole gamut of activities throughout the year, ranging from the regular farmers’ markets to sports, cultural and gastronomy events.ars.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed outside.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

Visa (Schengen) number (if applicable)

All reservations confirmed before 10.05.2025 must pay city tax in cash on checkout day.

Reservations confirmed on or after 10.05.2025 have the city tax included in the Airbnb price.

Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

Guest access

The apartment is fully private and designed for your comfort.

?We’re happy to provide a baby crib and high chair at no extra charge — just let us know at least one day in advance.

?️ For up to 4 guests, two beds are prepared by default.
If there are 6 guests, the sofa bed will also be prepared automatically.
If your group has 4 or fewer people and you would like separate sleeping arrangements, please let us know in advance so we can provide linen for the sofa as well.

We had an amazing stay at Sasha's apartment. From check in to check out was first class. Easy instructions to enter the building. First floor apartment, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Large television to enjoy, and modern kitchen. The beds where comfortable and fans provided which a big help as it was warm for our stay. The apartment is located in a fantastic part of prague. With the best coffee shops, cafes and bars just a minute or two walk away. A few minutes from the riverside with excellent bars with good food. We could not recommend this location any more. The added bonus of parking close by was excellent, although it says the parking is 5 minutes away, we found it much closer, maybe just a couple minutes walk. Sasha was a fantastic host, and her local recommendations where much appreciated.

Un emplacement idéal pour ce logement près des quais. Vous pouvez facilement aller à pied dans les quartiers à visiter ou prendre l'un des nombreux tram. Confort, propreté et bien aménagé : voici les forces du logement. Penser à apporter du café moulu ou à en acheter (filtre fourni par contre) Nous relouerons très facilement ce lieu où nous avons profiter de 4 nuits paisibles.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war groß und ausreichend für 4 Personen. Die Lage war großartig und man war mit der S Bahn und Metro sehr gut angebunden.
